There is always room for improvement I never say "highly satisfied" The store was quite busy and we had to wait around as there were only 2 members of staff on.

Everything went smoothly until the Creations IT system crashed (probably unable to handle the volume of traffic). The members of staff were both apologetic, helpful and knowledgeable and resolved the problem as quickly as possible.

Took ages to pay as the card machine was flat. Had to wait while it was recharged. I was not happy. Staff were not busy. One was knitting and the other eating a rice pudding! Whent into shop on 2 occasions to measure the bed and the only person there each time.

I asked if the old mattress could be collected and was told yes for a charge . Perfectly happy to pay this charge the invoice was produed.Then I was presented with a large bag whch I was told the mattress must be put in before it would be collected. I told the assistant I would not be able to do this and she told the men would do it for me. I am waiting to see if this is true when the new one arrives.

I was given the wrong mattress and I am still waiting for customer service to resolve it No call from them at all after I was promised one yesterday Your customer service is a joke I want a replacement and correct mattress delivering
