Nice people to deal with, were readily available to answer questions without being obtrusive. Shop was quiet at the time which always helps of course but full marks to the two guys fronting the business.

not sure what type of mattress we were looking for and was guided through the different types we found the sleeo machine very useful Sharon our sales assistant was friendly and informative she explained how the mattress we had chose worked and how to take care of it we were also offered drinks a couple of times overhall a pleasant experience

Walked in store was greater fiscussed what we wanted and brought the product so easy and quick

A big thank you to all the staff as they were so friendly and welcoming (after a not so great experience at a different bed store!) Special mention to Sharon for putting our order through so well and making sure we understood and was happy with everything. Big mention to the store manager as he was fantastic helping us. He even gave my daughter some cake which went down really well! Nothing was too much trouble and all customers were being treated just as well.

We told them what we wanted, they showed us all our options we chose brought it no pressure no problem felt looked after good experience
