I was satisfied... The only reason I didn't put highly was the fact that the member of staff I'd dealt with did not recognise me. That said I totally understand the amount of people that come through the door

I believe that although the bed was in the sale, when I added the additional items I required it was more expensive than I was expecting.

Delivery time is to long and you dont give the option to pick the bed up for your local depo

It took a long time to put our order through on the computer. Everything else was fine.

I took advantage of the 0% interest and thought I was putting down a deposit of 20% plus 10 monthly payments. In fact I paid close about 30% deposit - although I will end up paying no more than agreed I am confused as to why I paid a greater deposit than required.
