The advisor seemed very timid when dealing with customers and quite afraid of the new health and safety features in place. She made a deal of taking her gloves off to type as she “just can’t work in her gloves!” She also made it sound a chore to spray the beds we lay on and almost didn’t want us to try more beds to find the right one as it would be too much trouble to clean afterwards
