The pillow I ordered was out of stock. The customer service was very friendly, helpful and professional. We were not encouraged to try the bed matching experience until I asked if we could use it. I did not know that it was an option. The range of certain products was limited. The pricing was misleading as it was unclear which items were in the discount being offered.

Customer service was excellent and friendly. There was a minor frustration with not being given a specific date for the delivery but I fully recognise this was a computer issue and no fault of an employee. The experience as a whole was excellent and I would recommend dreams to anyone looking to purchase a bed in the future.

Only negative was the costs of the mattress, I had bought a bed/mattress for a family member the week before in Scotland (Sealy mattress) and the cost was a third of what we had to pay for a similar quality/comfort mattress in Dreams.

On the day the finance system was down meaning we had to return to complete the order. Other than that, no issues

I felt the prices were a little high. I also felt you were pushing the tempura over other styles. Sharon was ace and led us through well but it took a while to get it all sorted. so was in store for over an hour.
