Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Not pushy at all and we placed an order and sorted delivery out in five minutes.

Very pleasant staff, very helpful and knowledgeable, Phil the member of the team that served us was happy and knowledgable about the products he helped in anyway he could and understood our needs about price and quality etc. He assisted with the order and explained the process enough so it wasn’t confusing very helpful would recommend to a friend

They was so friendly and helpful and it was a busy time of the day and all helpful and warm welcome as well we had a coffee while waiting for the lady to assistant manager to be with us again

Sharon was wonderfully welcoming despite the large amount of snow outside and time of our visit. She gave us great advice on which bed was best for us

I think as I came in 3 times by my choice alone as I was comparing with bensons across the way I actually preferred the mattress at dreams the machine used was very helpful to in helping me choose my mattress, the only minor really not picky things was as the Cannock dreams store wasn’t huge it didn’t have the complete range of mattresses in only “best sellers” so naturally the popular ones are usually most expensive, second I came in to complete the order on the sunday and was serviced my Sharon who wasn’t best mobile which isn’t an issue but I found my self going to collect pillows etc... not an issue really I guess would of been nice to sit with Adeiana as she had done the sales piece with me she was super helpful with me just a shame she wasn’t in the next day to complete my order and sign it off, then really I guess with lots of companies selling mattresses they give a great offer on the top level pillows that are £90-100 which I’d of LOVED!!! There was a tempur cool touch pillow I was in loved with but the price for 1 pillow I felt too much to pay as I’d bought a mattress over£1000 so I couldn’t justify myself paying that as well realistically another 200 on top
