Showroom had a wide range of beds and mattresses. Wasbt expecting to buy one when we walked in as I thought you were “expensive” I was pleasantly surprised. Kiran was so informative and helpful

We happy with service the advice and demonstrations on the ottoman beds, Tammy was pleasant sales assistant and gave us all the information, we did have to wait a little while but that was understandable at the busy time over Christmas, we were given refreshments while we waited, this gave us time to think and make a desision on bed.

The Sales Assistant was immediately available, courteous and friendly. She appeared to have good knowledge of the bedding and I felt that I was treated as a valued customer.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant.

We had a great welcome from Tammy. She seemed to be genuinely pleased to meet us. She was very knowledgeable regarding the products. At no time did we feel under any pressure to buy, we were free to wander round and inspect all the beds. We were very surprised to hear that this was her first day of customer contact, having spent the previous week training. Whoever trained her did a good job and enabled her to be of real assistance.Phil helped her to handle the finances at the end and he too was very obliging and helpful. The staff at this store are a credit to the company. We would definitely highly recommend the store. We had intended to visit three stores for comparison purposes, however, we did not feel the need to and were quite happy to place the order right away. WELL DONE.
