The assistant Adrienne was well versed in the various mattresses we were interested in and gave us a thorough understanding of the various types available.

Found salesperson very friendly and eager to help/accommodate us during the sale, and answered any queries we had.

The sales assistant was very experienced and even remembered the product we had purchased 8 years previously. the whole experience of replacing our mattress and bed was very easy and pleasureable.

I found that during our visit to dreams the staff member whose name is Philip was both courteous and informative also gave us space to discus and test the beds of witch we were enquiring about.

The staff were friendly and approached us to let is know they were there if needed. Got talking and asked us what we were looking for. Didn't have the model we saw online in-store but showed us similar features on other beds proving her product knowledge and we felt at ease then to order the bed. Manager made us coffee and it was a lovely cheerful atmosphere in the shop which was spotless

Sharon made us feel very welcome and her knowledge of the product was excellent. She is a credit to your company.
