Phil the assistant was very informative without being 'pushy'. He gave us the information we required as well as allowing us time to be alone to discuss things.

We were unsure of what kind of mattress we wanted. Sharon, our assistant showed us the kinds available and left us to try them out. When we were down to three likes, Sharon gave us full details of each one and answering our questions. She was pleasant and very patient during our deliberations. When our choice was made the arrangements for delivery and recycling of old mattress were quickly made. The latter service was particularly important to us as we are in our eighties. Husband is ninety this weekend
