The expert advice on the selection of a mattress to suit our needs and help with the sizes of products by the dreams colleague Phil was superb.

Greeted as soon as I walked in. All staff were happy to help especially Phil. Listening to my needs and price range and managing to find something suitable for me.

My husband and I were very satisfied with the service at Dreams Cannock Retail Park. The Dream's staff were friendly and Tammy helped us to choose two pillows. She explained the features of various products based on our requirements (which were different for each of us). We were able to try the pillows and take our time in choosing. Tammy was very good, helpful but not pushy and the transaction was completed promptly.
