Adrianne at Cannock store was just as helpful this time as when we purchased a previous mattress last year. She made us very welcome and gave us all the information we needed and we felt very confident in placing our order. We have found all staff at this store to be very friendly and helpful and will return here whenever we need to purchase beds, mattresses or accessories in the future. Thank you.

Great service from Staff and hospitality

Good choice of items in store, friendly, smart, well mannered and helpful staff who really knew what they were on about, which was a great help to me, I felt relaxed choosing a new bed mattress and pillow.

We were free to look around at our own leisure but the staff were there to ask for assistance. Tammy was excellent made us very at ease and the experience was very helpful and pleasant. She explained everything we needed to know and didn't push us to have anything we didn't want but she explained about the bedding and extras you provide. Loved every minute and actually had fun, will definitely will use dreams again and recommend to others.

As soon as we entered the store we were asked if we needed help or what we were looking for. Kiran the sales assistant offered us a drink and made us welcome she was very helpful indeed. .

The store is well laid out, all round viewing is very good on all stock. Your colleague Phil understood our needs, ha was very knowledgeable and gave several options that would have met our needs. He also demonstrated the different under bed storage options available. The delivery date was surprisingly quick. The option of your on site assembly was particularly welcome, as was the tea and coffee offered. All in all the experience in your store was refreshingly pleasant.

Went to buy a bed for my mother and Tammy at the cannock store was very helpful knew alot of knowledge about beds especially helping mother choose a soft mattress. Plusnoffering us drinks and helping us choose right colour for th bed base. She a credit to your store.
