Friendly and highly informed staff.

On entering he store at Cannock we we welcomed with friendly staff ready to help us choose our mattress. We were given very good advice from Sharon at the Cannock store who made us hot drinks and explained all the types of mattresses and then left us to try out and choose what we wanted without any pressure and staff breathing down our necks whilst we made our choice, but was there when we wanted her to be. Excellent overall service.

The easiness to order online and the time from me confirming my order to delivery was good. The delivery guys were friendly and helpful

Sharon was highly knowledgeable and very helpful, offered us drinks even though we were just getting an idea on prices. we even ended up buying pillows when we were just looking at mattresses
