The sales assistants were very friendly and knowledgeable and also offered us very good advice. We were very happy with our purchase as we have been in the past few times that we have purchased beds from Dreams. We would highly recommend Dreams for quality, service and professionalism.

I was greeted by Sharon Jones who was extremely friendly and helpful and I could not have wished for a better customer service. Sharon listened to my needs and gave me options specifically tailored to me. I felt Sharon completely understood my requirements and helped me find the bed of my dreams! Sharon is an excellent ambassador for the company and I would not hesitate to recommend Dreams to my friends and family.

Sharon was very kind and helpful during our visit. We were offered drinks amd helped tailor our order to what we wanted and needed. Very pleasent staff overall.

We gave an outline of our requirements and the company representative was extremely helpful and explained the options which fitted them. She was pleasant and explained the structure of the mattress we were asking about. Her interpersonal skills were very good and we felt that details were carefully explained.

From entering the store we where met by a very friendly and knowledgeable member of the sales staff in Tammy.She explained the mattress specifications and the materials in the mattresses make up.On purchasing all our personal needs were catered for and the process was very straight forward and the after sales service explained.We left the store after a very positive and pleasing experience and yes we would return again.

Went in to browse headboards and mattresses. Sales Assistant very knowledgeable and friendly spending time to explain different types of headboards and mattresses.
