Sharon was extremely efficient and helpful when completing our order. She gave us time to browse without being pushy.

We were shopping at the cannock branch and Sharon served us. Sharon and the other two members of staff were friendly and helpful. Sharon recommended but didn’t push. I hate sales people who are all over you and pushing the sale but Sharon wasn’t like that and still made the sale.

The assistant Sharon was just what we needed. Not too imposing but approachable when needed...just there when you needed to ask a question and was clear with her advise.

we were greeted by 2 lovely women, that helped us choose our perfect matress, then we decided to purchase some nice pillows too, even 1 extra for my daughter. extremely happy with our order for a new matress. can't wait. :)

The man who helped us whilst we were in store was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in what we were looking for. We were very happy with the information and help that Phil provided.
