The store was clean and tidy, helpful staff and they didn't pounce on us when we walked in, offered advice and left us to it unless we had any questions and were very approachable. There were a good amount of items on show and this made it easier for us to make our choice. Kiran was very helpful and knowledgeable about our specific requirements and made the order and payment details very clear to us and it was so easy placing the order with the additional cover which we were very impressed with, covers everything for a very small price!

We found the staff friendly and helpful and very knowledgable about the products. Sharon listened to our requirements and directed us to suitable beds from which we selected our choice. We were encouraged to try them out and she even lifted the divan base up so that we could see the wonderful storage offered. Having ordered the mattress as planned we went home and discussed things over a coffee. We decided to go back the next day to order the base as we were in awe at the spare bedding it would store.

I found Tammy to be very helpful to me when considering a purchase. She has very good knowledge of the products and I did not feel pressured at all. Excellent service throughout thank you Tammy.

When we walked in and went straight to what we wanted,(double bed) we were approached by a member of staff to see if we needed any help.When we told the lady (Tammy) what we wanted,and our price range,she couldn't be more helpful,she wasn't pushy,she let us take our time,and when we decided what we wanted (double bed), she asked us when would we like it delivered (to suit us) and asked if we would need help with it into the bedroom,and take the old one away,they would be more than welcome to do that for us,Tammy was very pleasant and helpful,couldn't do enough for us,and was very knowledgeable about the product, (we are in our 70's),10/10

THE MEMBER OF STAFF ASKED WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR AND WHEN WE STATED A MATTRESS SHE SHOWED US ALL THE MATTRESSES PERTAINING TO OUR SIZE, EXPLAINED THEIR DIFFERENCES THEN LET US TRY BY OURSELVES. WHEN WE HAD CHOSEN SHE WENT THROUGH OUR NEEDS AND EXPLAINED THE MATTRESS WE HAD CHOSEN WOULD FIT OUR NEEDS. WE THEN SAT WITH HER AT THE DESK, SHE OFFERED US A DRINK AND THEN PUT THROUGH OUR ORDER. SHE ASKED US ABOUT THE EXTRA GUARANTEE AND WHAT IT COVERED WHICH SEEMED VERY GOOD FOR THE COST, SO WE ADDED THAT ON OUR ORDER. SHE EXPLAINED THAT A MATTRESS COVER SHOULD BE USED TO COMPLY WITH THE EXTRA GUARANTEE AND THEN GAVE US ONE AND 4 PILLOWS FOR FREE.
