THE SALES COLLEAGUE SHARON WAS VERY HELPFUL AND WHEN ASKED GUIDED US TO THE RANGE OF MATTRESSES THAT ARE AVAILABLE FOR OUR NEEDS,AND HEALTH ISSUES. WE WERE ALSO VERY IMPRESSED THAT FOR YEARS WE HAVE SLEPT WITH TWO PILLOWS AND HAVING BEEN GIVEN THE CHOICE OF PILLOWS TO SUIT OUR POSTURES WE HAVE ALSO PURCHASED TWO SPECIALIZED PILLOWS. WE HAVE RECOMMENDED TO MY PARENTS TO VISIT THE DREAMS STORE IN CANNOCK AND ASK FOR SHARON AS THEY NEED TO PURCHASE A BED AND MATTRESS AND WE ARE SURE THAT THEY WILL BE GIVEN THE VARIOUS OPTIONS THAT WE WERE GIVEN BEFORE THEY PURCHASE.

The staff were very helpful, the store was well laid out, the colour coding on the walls / beds make it easy to view and compare.

Phil the store manager was really friendly and made us very comfortable.

Greeted by a lady who understood what we were looking for from the start and took us to the items that matched what we were looking for. We were taking away with us and she made sure they had the size we wanted In the store. I think if it had not been available I would not have purchased that day and may have gone else where. After making our selection the sales assistant made sure that we were still happy to take with us and would have arranged delivery. We got assistance taking it out the car and put in the car so we were satisfied

Friendly, helpful staff at your Cannock store. They took time to listen to what we wanted and asked relevant questions before making any suggestions. No hard sell which I appreciated. An all round positive experience leading to us making a purchase.
