Dreams - Cannock

On entering the Cannock branch of Dreams, we were immediately greeted with a friendly "Hello" from the sales assistant, Sharon. We had a quick look around on our own and then Sharon approached us with a smile, asking if we needed assistance. We told her what we were looking for and she asked us to participate in the mattress profiling programme, which we did. We were offered a drink and Sharon brought us a coffee and a tea. When the profiling was over, Sharon discussed the availability of what we needed and checked brands with her colleague (manager) Paul. We tried out the two mattresses available and chose one. Sharon dealt with the placing of our order efficiently. The first available delivery date was totally acceptable and we were given a disposal bag in which to place our old mattress ready for collection, when the new one arrives. We were given a free mattress protector and were offered other bedding at half price. Everything about our visit was comfortable with no pressure from Sharon or Paul.

Brilliant customer service from Tammy on the 8th Jan. we were waiting for confirmation for paying monthly. Tammy and her colleague stayed open for us to complete our purchase. They made us feel really welcome and I couldn’t fault them in their customer service.

Very good customer service, staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and made us feel at ease buying a mattress.

The assistant was very friendly, helpful, knew the products & was able to determine our requirements.

Visited cannock store for my sons bed we were really pleased with covid measures staff were not pushy at all, tammy came over to serve she was really understanding and knowledgeable and went out her way for my son who is autistic she kept the language clear and simple guided him around the store to different mattresses that meets his sensory needs , as a parent I was really proud of my son .Thank you so much Tammy you were fantastic
