My wife and I needed to buy a new mattress for our bed. Tammy’s knowledge of the entire product range was superb and her expertise and enthusiastic approach helped us to find the ideal mattress to suit both of our needs. From the very beginning, Tammy’s manner was always warm and friendly, but never pushy, and everything was explained with crystal clarity. There is a wide choice in beds mattresses and pillows in store to view, the sales representative Tammy was very friendly and very knowledgeable about all the products she showed us, which helped us pick the right bed for us.

Great customer service from Phil in store, he didn't try and force a sale on us and listened to what we were looking for allowing us the time to choose the mattress that was right for us. Also he had a great knowledge of stuff in store and explained each item to us.
