The store assistant was extremely helpful. She really took the time to explain to us all of the relevant information about the products. Using the dream match technology was also really beneficial and the store assistant still informed us of all the results and allowed us to take the time to try each product that had been recommended for us. She was able to answer all of our questions with no hesitation and her answers were in depth and covered everything we needed to know. She also explained every step of the purchasing process to us. I have been having ongoing problems with chronic back and neck pain for some time and when I explained this to the store assistant I felt that she genuinely wanted to help me find the right mattress that would be suitable to give me some comfort and relief in bed. The store itself is also very well kept and the products are explained and detailed very clearly making it easy to understand what it is you are actually purchasing and for what value of money.

Tammy was very helpful from the word go. I had seen a bed i liked online and she helped me locate it in store. I advised her of how much i wanted to spend on a new matress and she found me one within my price range with no push to up sell. SHe also advised me on the offers you had on so i could save as much as possible. The whole transaction probably took about 20 minutes which was brilliant.

Brilliant service very responsive went through the sleep match and point us directly to the mattress we wanted. Also an amazing price for it all.

The customer service we recieved was very good especially with the shop being short on staff that day & the member of staff was very apologetic.

Sharon in the cannock store greeted me nicely and explained the colour coding and the dreams computer bed thing then and offered me a drink! Very personal touch! Then left me too look which was my preference, and after a bit asked if i needed help. I did the computer bed thing and place an order with her. Very friendly and she sold me the protector add on.

The friendliness of the staff and the new computer assisted bed system which was brilliant in assessing your needs and the knowledge of the sales assistant.

Store is very clean and well presented,staff friendly and professional.great products,good quality and well priced.

Staff and products were brilliant. Opening hours great for working family's. Very helpful. Nothing pushed just suggestions and product on offer no sales bully.
