The process was extremely smooth and the lady that served us was very knowledgeable and helpful. The sleep match technology was great too and helped to whittle down the choices to something that suited us perfectly.

The staff were extremely knowledgeable and very polite and helpful. They directed us efficiently to the right product and gave us delivery time required and the follow up with emails and texts was very good. The item has been delivered this morning by efficient and very polite friendly staff again making the whole experience very satisfying and easy.

Very knowledgable and very friendly

We went to dreams , not having a clue what we wanted or knew what the best bed and mattress was for us We went to Dreams at your Cannock branch and the lady that dealt with us was helpful - gave us all the information needed which was was easy and smooth for us to pick by going on the sleep meter which told us what mattress we needed to look for , we were greeted as soon as we walked in and was asked if we would like a drink on arrival too .. we were also asked we needed any extras and were shown the pillow stand too tje kady was called Sharon jones

Sales assistant seemed to have plenty of knowledge. The test will be when we receive the mattress as to whether her Advice was correct.

Everything was easy. From the welcome when we walked into the store, the ease of recognising the type of bed we wanted, the product knowledge of the assistant, and the cup of tea while we ordered. It was a good experience and not what we recieved at your competitors at all.
