Price ,friendly staff made feel that we were special

Our friends purchased a bed from Dreams and told us about the bed which was just what we where after, on visiting our local Dreams store we was very pleased with the beds on show and the bed that we decided to purchase we was really pleased with. The colleague that dealt with us was Kiran and nothing was a problem for her she was very pleasant and didn't rush us. We would highly recommend Dreams to family and friends.

I was greeted at the door and asked about my specific need, advised regarding the item required, invited to try out the mattress I needed with an explanation of the difference between the items advised and left to make an informed decision. I was given a cup of coffee and felt at home and happy to make my own decision. Ordering was easy and the delivery date very quick. I will definitely use this store again in Cannock.

Promt service and the overall friendlyness of the staff.

Tammy was very helpful and friendly but not pushy. She left us to chat and decide then came back to us to make sure we were happy with our choice. I was so impressed with the service and sleep machine. I recommended it to my mum and my friend. My mum has since bought a new mattress too 😊
