Dreams - Cannock

Upon entering the store we were approached and asked if we would like help or would like to browse on our own, this was a big thing for us. Nothing worse then a pushy sales person. We browsed on our own then the staff were more then happy to answer our questions when we needed. Also we went to the store with 2 young children and the staff were so accommodating with them. They kept them entertained while we browsed more. The staff in the Cannock store are a credit to dreams! Couldn’t have asked for more.

staff took time to explain the various mattresses, and did a test to find the best mattress that would us.

The sales rep Tammy was extremely helpful. She even took care of our children while we were trying out the beds and talking over which one we were interested in.

Quick k easy and simple, came in for a summer duvet. Kiran was friend cheerfully and could be more helpful, offered me a drink as well and I only came in for a duvet

Was very happy with the service we received and did not feel pressured to buy at any time.

Tammy was very helpful and knowledgable with the adjustable bed we purchased having lots of patients to explain the features the bed has which we are looking forward too.
