Left to look, when we needed help, asked and assistance was given, no hard sell, it seemed more important to get the right mattress rather than just sell one and get us out of the store

I was greeted as soon as I walked round the store but not pushed to buy.

We were approached by Tammy in store and she was very helpful. She offered us the sleep match to try which we did and were shown to a number of beds matched to us to try. She was very knowledgable and smiley.

Served by a guy called Gary at the Cannock branch, very friendly, very expert at talking about the mattresses, giving excellent all round advice, placed our order and arranged delivery for one week later, we’ll pleased...

On arrival at dreams I was treated by Gary who was very helpful and so approachable he couldn't do enough for me,which impressed me fully. I would not hesitate to go again it was such a lovely visit.

I was highly imessed with the help and frIendlynes of the assistant and the lficiant way she handled my enquiry and perches.
