Dreams - Cannock

After visiting Benson for Beds nearby, we were very pleased with the difference in service and the options available. Whilst the prices were similar, the overall experience with Dreams and the staff (particularly Paul who helped us directly) was far greater. It was personal, with excellent knowledge and advice. And most importantly there was no pressure. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would recommend Dreams (the Cannock branch specifically) for the service we received. Please pass on our thanks to the staff.

We booked a Sleep match appointment and was greeted with a smile and taken to the 'bed'. Paul asked questions relating to how we slept i.e on side or back and any aches or pains etc. He made us a cup of tea whilst waiting for the results. He then explained results and which beds would be most suitable for us. We already have a Tempur mattress so we quickly decided which one we wanted. Delivery was available quite soon and we had 2 free pillows. We look forward to receiving our new bed with the option of returning it if it isn't suitable. What's not to like!

Assistant Paul ( Cannock ) spent a lot of time discussing different mattress types and allowed us to try variety of mattresses. He continued discussions after normal store closing time

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. My wife and I were pleased that at the same time we did not feel that we were put under any pressure to buy or to come to a decision. Nevertheless, staff also showed a high level of product knowledge which ultimately helped us to come to a decision to purchase. To us this showed a high level of people skills exhibited by the staff and resulted in us feeling comfortable enough to make a decision to purchase two mattresses and ancillary items from your company two days later. The purchase experience was on a similar level and contributed greatly to a positive feeling as regards both our decision and towards your company. I will add that we also visited a competitor but did not make a purchase there primarily because we felt under pressure to buy from the sales staff who whilst they were helpful, did not exhibit such a high level of people skills as was clearly evident with your staff. As a result, we would highly recommend your company. Thank you.

I was served by a young lady called Tammy who I must say is an absolute credit to your company she was so helpful and just lovely I didn't feel pressured into buying anything and I'm extremely happy with what I brought

The customer service we received was outstanding, myself and husband had been into store a couple of days prior to purchase as the bed was for our teenage daughter, we got chatting to Paul and explained this and also that as our daughter has autism so choosing a new bed could be a very long and frustrating process, textures are really important to her. Paul recommended that the store is quiet early on a Saturday and that he'd have the time to spend with us helping our daughter choose the right bed for her. He really did go above and beyond he seemed to really understand how to help our daughter, its lovely to see people not only have a better awareness around autism but also how to help without sounding patronising especially to a teen who is very aware of herself and how others perceive her. Thanks sgain to Paul, you're an absolute star and credit to the company.

Staff were very helpful and considerate of my Aunt's disability. Experience was very enjoyable and efficient.
