As soon as we walk in Sharon was so happy to help us and was able to explain everything we need to know so easily that it made our visit more comfortable. she was nice to offer us a drink and help us with the sleepmatch witch was so relaxing and helpful to find just what we was looking for today.

The assistant (Adrianne) was very attentive and professional. From the moment I entered the store I felt like a valued customer. I had the experience of being “measured” for a mattress that would suit me. I was offered and given a cup of coffee. My daughter and Grandaughter were also provided with a drink. As soon as the information came through about which mattresses would suit me I was shown (and allowed to try out) several different types. Adrianne talked me through the specifications of each mattress in turn. Once I had established which mattress I wanted I was offered a range of other products including pillows, which I eventually decided to buy. Any questions I had with regard to the delivery and the care of my purchases were answered thoroughly. I left the store feeling very happy and well looked after. Thank you.

The shop assistant was very helpful and didn't rush the transaction. The delivery men were also very helpful and carried out their job efficiently.

During our visit to Cannock Dreams the customer service we received from Tammy was exceptional. She provided us with a high quality of assistance and knowledge of the products available to ensure we made the best decision for our needs. We were greeted promptly, provided with refreshments, completed the sleep match process and provide with pillows to test the beds that best suited us. After receiving the bed and having a few weeks to trial it, Tammy certainly helped us make the right decision especially with the inclusion of the sleep motion which we love. The Ellis pearl bed frame is such high quality too and looks amazing in our bedroom. Thankyou!!
