We went in to the Cannock store on 29th December and didn’t feel pressured into buying anything, the help we had from Tammy was great and I would absolutely recommend going there to any friends and family.

The sales advisor in store who helped us (Tammy) was very welcoming and friendly. She gave us all the information we needed and more! We tested out the sleep match machine which she helped with which was brilliant also. Tammy made us laugh and was very complimentary of us as a couple which was lovely to hear. When completing the sale she treated us to a few snacks and drinks. She is an asset to the company! We probably wouldn’t of bought this mattress without her.

The knowledge of Adrienne who assisted us and her ability to listen to our requirements without pressuring us into more expensive products though she did explain the reasons and benefits of these items. Also the mattress checking mechanism to ensure we were buying the most suitable for our needs.

All the staff were attentive. They fully understood the range of products and the ones available to us. Adriana was wonderful and friendly and professional.

We were very pleased with our trip to dreams. Adrianna was very knowledgable and supported us at every step. She even took time to chat to our 3 year old daughter who we had with us.

Staff very help in explaining about the item we where buying and all the add ons we had. 8 year warranty, base being built and taking away old parts.
