Couldn’t fault anything to be honest. I have a painful shoulder and neck - Gary went out of his way to help me find the right mattress to ease the pain in addition to showing me how the right pillow can also help, which I wouldn’t have otherwise considered. Slightly miffed, naturally, that I ended up with a mattress twice my budget but to be honest it will be worth it if it’s as comfortable when I get it as it was in the shop. He was knowledgeable and interesting to chat to and gave me plenty of time and advice. Other staff members also extremely friendly and attentive. Made parting with my money a pleasure!!

Kiran was very friendly and helpful. She knew exactly where we needed to look and gave advice on how to choose. She knew when to step away and was excellent at explaining the process. Would definitely ask for her next time we visit 😁

From the moment we walked in the bed technician went out of his way to explain tge products and then set up the comp operated matress which then went through its programme. Once complete the BT Gary took his time showing us he matresses that best suited us. Based on this we went onto purchase a mattress, pillows and new headboard.

Customer advisor was very knowledgeable and listened to my needs and correctly advised me on what she recommended me to buy with confidence x made my visit stress free x

The assistant, Sharon was very polite and helpful without being pushy. The Sleepmatch was very helpful and Sharon took us around trying the appropriate beds rather than wasting time looking at them all Top marks to Sharon who had excellent product knowledge and so pleasant

The lady who served us was very attentive. She stuck with us for our visit and spent time finding the best matress for us. She was clear on pricing and I trusted her opinion. She was very pleasant

I was satisfied we used the bed to check what mattress would be best for us.. The staff left us to look around while we tested beds and was available for questions. While the kids were occupied colouring.

We were initially assisted by Gary who helped us with the interactive experience in determining what mattress we should go for. Tammy then talked us through the results of this and then took us to each of the mattress options chosen for us, she was very thorough, her product knowledge was excellent and she listened to our comments and answered our questions very well. She was very friendly and personable and made the whole visit easy. That much so we ended up buying a bed too!!! Tammy was extremely helpful and took us through the order process quickly and thoroughly, making sure we understood everything we needed to and took time to also thank us for our purchases. Definitely 100% on customer service!!!!

I am 81 and in a wheelchair. My daughter was with me and the young lady was patient. Allowed me to experience the different mattresses and the configuration of the remote control for heat and massage. I asked if i could go away to think about this expensive purchase. Came back after 2nd day as i knew she was on her day off on the friday to make the purchase on the Saturday. I was very comfortable with her
