Helpful, friendly service

Kiran 340 was very friendly and helpful. As an OAP I was impressed with the patience and skill Kiran handled the situation of me buying a new mattress. It was a pleasant shopping experience.

A very good welcome when entering the store and experience of staff excellent

The experience was amazing , I was asked of I needed help as soon as I walked . I did not feel pressurised to buy . Explanation of all single beds to suit my needs the assistant was very knowledgeable and a credit to ur company , tammy at cannock.

The staff were very helpful as I wanted specific things.

Sharon who dealt with gave us time to try out the matresses to find out which we prefered. We did the sleep test great technology . We were not pushed into anything we would allowed to make up our own minds in our own time. Nothing worse than being pressurised into something.

Assistant was very accommodating and understanding of our needs and budget. Nothing was to much trouble for her and she made sure we received a first class service
