Me and my partner came into dreams to find our perfect mattress. On entering the store we were greeted straight away by a lovely lady called Adrianne, who asked if we needed any assistance. When on the mattress finder she offered us a drink and made us feel very comfortable. Her knowledge of beds and mattresses was phenomenal and we really learnt a lot from her. Having picked out the mattress that best suited us we wanted to just double check we were making the right decision by visiting other stores opposite such as, benson for beds. On entering their store our greeting was very hostile and nothing like we had experienced at dreams. There was nothing too much for Adrianne and even carried the mattress out to the car for us and assisted us on trying to get it into the car. We are very thankful for her customer service Well done Dreams!!!
