I had looked at several web sites in order to find a good comfortable bed,Dreams had very good reviews from customers. On arrival at the store we were greeted as we entered the store ,the staff were very friendly but not pushy we were offered a drink which was very welcome.Sharon engaged with us to find out exactly what we had in mind.She invited us to lie on the sleep master so she could see which mattress was suitable, my husband and myself have various health issues.we tried several mattress and two very comfortable pillows.we made our decision with the help from Sharon,she is very knowledgeable and very easy to talk too.I cannot say yet how well we will get on with our nee bed,I am aware that if it's not suitable you will be able to help us,I'm sure we will be pleased with our purchase and I can't wait for delivery. I said to Sharon I want to get in to bed and feel like I'm in heaven . At this point very pleased with our experience in purchasing this new bed. It was expensive but if we can have s goodnights sleep it's worth it.
