Dreams - Cannock

Adrianne from the cannock branch was simply amazing from the moment we walked into the store. Very knowledgeable, very patient was very covid safe. She was an absolute delight to spend our visit with. If it hadn't of been for her i think we may not have brought our bed from dreams.

We went in on the Sunday when it was busy but we were still assisted and with social distancing the assistants were very thorough. Everything was explained but we were also left to look around on our which is what we wanted to start with. We went to look at other bed shops but returned on the Monday to place our order, they weren’t pushy, just helped us. And what myself and my husband were exceptionally happy with was we were served by a young girl on the Sunday but she obviously doesn’t work there on the Monday yet the assistant serving us on the Monday put it through for the young girl who served us. That is team work! She could have put it through as her own but she didn’t. Staff were lovely! Outstanding!
