On arrival was greeted by staff and all the gloves, anti bac etc given. I was asked if I needed any help and shown the type of beds I was looking for. Very friendly, but thankfully not pushy, assistance was given and lots of product information. Clear and concise details from the assistant and any questions answered immediately. I was shown all of the beds available for my needs and also the website for any not on show in the showroom.

Assistant was friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Enough variety of products to ensure a proper choice.

The store assistant Tammy who helped us today was very friendly, there was no hard sell to buy the most expensive products and she took our needs into account. There was no rush and she gave us all the time as well as all the product information we needed to make a decision. She interacted with our little boy making him smile and when he got upset she didn't get impatient once. It truly was service with a smile! There is a good range of products available in store and social distancing measures are put in place well. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our visit.
