The lady who served us was very helpful. She was mindful of keeping social distancing in place and was conscious of other customers whilst she was serving us. We also went on the sleep match bed and the lady guided us through our options well.

On arrival was greeted by staff and all the gloves, anti bac etc given. I was asked if I needed any help and shown the type of beds I was looking for. Very friendly, but thankfully not pushy, assistance was given and lots of product information. Clear and concise details from the assistant and any questions answered immediately. I was shown all of the beds available for my needs and also the website for any not on show in the showroom.
