Very friendly helpful staff who were attentive and knowledgeable and guided us with selecting the right product for us.

It was my first visit to the Cannock Store. I did intend to go and view other bed shops but felt 100% happy with the environment and the assistant who helped me. They were professional and knowledgable of their products, absolutely no pressure to buy and I felt comfortable.
