Politeness and knowledge of staff. The staff were very helpful and we didnt feel pressured into a 'hard sell'. We were asked if we would like a coffee, tea or water, also a lovely touch to be given a 2 pack of pillows upon completion of order. Thanks Dreams đź‘Ť
