The gentleman that helped us, Gary I believe his name was, was absolutely fantastic. His product knowledge was second to non, he really took the time to listen and understand our needs and there was absolutely no pressure from him for us to purchase a product, he genuinely seemed to care most about what was best for us. We were more than happy to purchase the Mattress we have done based on Gary’s recommendation, as we felt we trusted his knowledge and advise. Can honestly say Gary made us feel comfortable and safe in the store and was of fantastic assistance to us. Thank you again. Fingers crossed the mattress arrives on Wednesday as promised and there are no issues.
