Extremeley friendly customer service. I knew what mattress I had come in to try after looking online but others that might have been suitable were pointed out to me. I was also offered the sleep matrix. I was not put under any pressure to buy but it was made quick and easy once I decided I wanted to. All aftercare options were fully explained.

All Covid measures were in place. Felt safe. Gary our sales assistant was very friendly. Very knowledgeable. Able to help us with our needs. After explaining the health issues one of us have he was very sympathetic and appreciated us telling him which helped us to make the choice we have.
