Greeted as we entered the Cannock store by Sharon a lovely assistant who guided us through the whole process asking what our needs were, we had a 3 minute assessment on the bed machine to find our perfect mattress, Sharon was very knowledgable and helpful. We brought a super king size bed and mattress which we are looking forward to receiving next Monday.

Gary was exceptionally helpful when it came to choosing our bed. When we were testing he made sure we were comfortable and had a good knowledge of the products available to help us pick what was best for us.

Friendly staff, choice was made easy as staff member Gary took his time to find out what each of our needs were and took us around a different number of beds several times so we could really get an understanding of what was right for us.
