We ordered our tv bed from Dreams at Cannock and Adrianne was so helpful and friendly - i had quite a few questions as i didn't know much about tv beds and she answered them all for me, we didn't feel pressured at all compared to other stores we had been too which made the experience so much nicer. The store itself was very clean and had good COVID-19 procedures in place. We would certainly return again and buy from dreams in the future!

Gary's knowledge was excellent, he spent a lot of time with us going through the various mattresses, he wasn't pushy and gave us time on our own at the end to make our final decision.

Social distance was just perfect. Not once did we feel in any danger. Everything was being clean and spray Ed. We explained what we wanted and that's what we got. I'm so looking forward to our mattress arriving. We'll done dreams cannock
