Efficient and considerate of our requirements - no hard sell with items. Felt that the choices shown met our needs. Gary was very helpful with information about pillows as well as mattresses - also important for our sleep comfort - felt we came away with a total package - so excited for our delivery - impressed that our old mattress can be removed at the same time as delivery - don’t mind at all paying the fee for this service as our delivery is free. All round excellent shopping experience.
