Gary was extremely helpful from the onset. His expertise in his field of selling beds was brilliant and at no time did he pressurise us or make us feel uncomfortable . It was extremely satisfying to go to Dreams and feel confident in the fact that he was so knowledgeable about your products . His help was very needed by us and we are very happy with our purchase .

The staff very very helpful and friendly especially Gary. He helps with measurements etc so I knew the size I would get.

As soon as we entered the store there was hand gel and paper sheets available if wanted to test andy products out. all staff compliant with PPE, as an NHS Nurse this was great to see!! our lovely assistant approached us within minutes, asked if we needed any help, explained we had popped in to look at a specific bed, she told us all about the bed, explaining all its functions and then kindly left us to have a look in more detail ourselves but told us where she would be if we wanted any further assistance. when we approached her to complete the sale, she went through all the different options and prices. also offering us drinks, extremely kind and thoughtful. we had our young toddler with us who was 21 months old and both our sale assistant and the one sat at the next desk were very friendly and both entertained him with waving and saying hiya etc to him. this made us feel at ease even more as we all know there is nothing worse than a bored toddler!!
