I initially came into the store a few weeks ago and spoke with Adrienne who couldn't have been more knowledgeable or helpful. She understood my ideas and what I was looking for. Helped me understand what I would be purchasing, managed my expectations of delivery times and steered me towards items that I was looking for. Once I was in a position to make the purchases, I came back to place my order and unfortunately Adrienne wasn't working that day. However, Gary took over the purchases, and again was very approachable, equally knowledgeable and extremely helpful so I placed my orders.

Gary was extremely helpful from the onset. His expertise in his field of selling beds was brilliant and at no time did he pressurise us or make us feel uncomfortable . It was extremely satisfying to go to Dreams and feel confident in the fact that he was so knowledgeable about your products . His help was very needed by us and we are very happy with our purchase .
