As an elderly, disabled customer I was very pleased with the attention from and help given by the staff. Good advice in selecting product to meet my needs and budget. Able to try beds to meet height and comfort needs. Friendly customer service without the dreaded "hard sell"! Delivery times were just right.

Assistance from staff was excellent as were the COVID provisions in store. We were the only customers in the store at the time of our appointment.

Staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I felt that my needs were looked at before suggestions were made and was suitably impressed with the advice given. Social distancing and cleanliness were clearly evident and this was also reassuring.
