Dreams - Cannock

I have previously shopped with Bensons for Beds and was unhappy with the service that was provided to me. The bed was of awful quality and got returned 12 months later. My parents bought a bed from the Cannock store 12 months ago and have no issues. We have since purchased the same frame and was happy with the level of service we received, we were greeted at the door and introduced to the sleep match to tell us which was the best mattress for us. Whilst we were being served the other colleagues asked how we were getting on and were really friendly.

Paul greeted me as I entered the store, saw to my needs straight away put me on the sleep match and understand what I wanted/needed very quickly. He exceeded all my expectations and it was such a relief to talk and meet with a friendly and helpful staff member. Completely different approach to Dreams than other stores I visited (Bensons as an example) I appreciated the service and although the product was more expensive than others I could have chosen, I feel like I’ve made the right decision and appreciate the great customer service I received. I feel confident if there are any issues with delivery or satisfaction they will be dealt with quickly and fairly. Paul was amazing cannot recommend him and the Orbital Cannock store enough.

As an elderly, disabled customer I was very pleased with the attention from and help given by the staff. Good advice in selecting product to meet my needs and budget. Able to try beds to meet height and comfort needs. Friendly customer service without the dreaded "hard sell"! Delivery times were just right.
