Tammy at the Cannock branch was very helpful, polite and friendly and a great knowledge of the different mattresses that was in the store, she matched us to a great mattress and pillows by listening to our needs, which arrived on Saturday and we both have had the best sleep in years. Recommend to anybody

Paul the manager explained all the covid regulations and took tome to make sure we were comfortable with the measures they had in place. We were not rushed and the details of every mattress were explained to us. Very happy with this shopping experience.

I found the staff friendly and helpful,full of knowledge and willing to go the extra mile. The store was covid aware with the sanitiser on entering the stop,all staff wearing masks or visors. When we walked in we already knew what we were looking for after browsing the website and being recommended a mattress by a friend. We were greeted by the store manager at Cannock who took us through the covid safe procedures. He discussed our choice of mattress with us and answered all our questions. He then left us to try it out and go around the others too. Delivery time is only 11 January so is super quick. Very satisfied.

Staff were attentive but not intrusive, were able to answer all our questions and made useful suggestions. Everyone practiced good covid distancing and hygiene procedures, making us feel as safe as possible. The actual sales procedure was very quick and simple.

Paul wAs very helpful let me try server different beds and explained what support I need and which beds was best for me to try. He know is stuff but was not pushy

Tammy was extremely friendly and found out exactly what we wanted. She let us trial many beds to see which mattress we preferred. She talked us through the process well and she processed our order quickly. The bed we have ordered wasn't in store for us to look at but we felt confident that Tammy was knowledgeable enough to go with her suggestion.
