We were highly satisfied and extremely impressed with the customer service we received from Paul Simpson at the Orbital Centre Cannock. Paul definitely went the extra mile, providing a great customer experience. Paul was extremely knowledgeable of the Tempur King size bed we purchased. He gave us plenty of time, explained everything and answered our questions. He gave us his undivided attention and made us feel confident with purchasing our mattress, base and headboard. We cannot speak highly enough of the customer service and care Paul gave to us. I can honestly say, Paul is an asset to your company. She 3explained all of the covid safe arrangements and then listened carefully to my enquiry asking pertinent questions to enable her to understand me needs more fully. As a result within a very short space of time she was able to recomend products which met my needs and wants and I was able to choose suitable products. .
