Extremely friendly and helpful staff, their knowledge was very helpful. Kiran and Paul were there to answer all our questions and happy to spend time with us.

Tammy who helped me at the cannock store was lovely and helpful, measures the bed for me. Showed me a great deal on a mattress, talked me Through all of the sale. Was a very good visit and I left very happy.

the staff were very friendly and the the shop very clean, overall a very good shop.

The service given, was excellent, by Gary and Paul the manager. We liked the fact that they weren't, in your face, but were there to help, in every way.

i was dissapointed at the small display on offer.this was explained to me it was because the store was a small store.the items i wanted to look at i found out would be only on line to buy.The assistant Sharon at store no340 was very nice and helpfull,she didn't hurry me and explained everything to me,answered all my questions.She went through my mattress selections i had written down and between us found the one i wanted.it was an on line item and i was pleased to find i could order it through the store.just a bit worried as not able to try the mattress before ordering it.Sharon explained the 40 night comfort guarantee which reasurred me.I would return again.

Greeted on entry to store but, left to look round unhindered. Help immediately available. Pleasant approach & nothing was too much trouble. Staff understood the problem regarding delivery ( house not available yet ) and reassured us .
