We were left to look round and given time until we needed help. No pushiness just advice. Tammy was fab and she helped us choose the items we wanted. Really friendly staff.

Gary Cooper, the assistant helping us was very knowledgeable about the products and very helpful. Gary was also very patient with all the questions we were asking and gave us good advice. We were not rushed and was given time to think about what it was we wanted to purchase. There was no pressure selling at any time. Overall a very pleasant experience.

On arrival to the Cannock store i was greated by Kiran 340 and was asked if she could help. I explained I was instrest in a new single bed and new mattress. I was shown and trying different types and styles of mattress I made my choice and placed the order on this visit. I must complement you on how knowledgeable and professional your staff are Kiran 340 is a credit and if I need any other bedding I will be going back.

The care and attention given to us was simply outstanding. I know we entered the store looking like a couple of rabbits in the headlights, but the assistant took considerable care over us, explaining the options and leaving us to look around before giving us further help (Including using the computerised test mattress), giving us honest advice and sorting out our purchase in an efficient but very friendly manner. The Dream experience was so good that my wife took her mother to Dream for a bed the following week! Well done to all the staff, especially Tammy!
