Good experience from start to finish

We spoke to Tammy within the Cannock store. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. After showing us several mattresses she gave us time on our own to try them out again. When we were ready to order she was very efficient when placing our order. Overall we were very pleased with our purchase and time inside the store and would definitely return to the Cannock store should we need another mattress.

Excellent store manager

We came to Dreams to buy our first bed, we were recommended by family to come here. We went into the shop and we were completely clueless to what we wanted. Firstly, we was impressed by how much the store adhered to the Coronavirus regulations and how well presented it was. Secondly, a gentleman named Paul attended to our needs and he was amazing, me and my partner are so grateful for the help he had given us. Paul made us feel really welcome, he approached us with a big smile on his face and was very patient. Paul also explained each bed to us and how they are all different and made us try different beds until we found the right one. Me and my partner was expecting this to be really hard, but Paul made it such an easy and pleasant experience for us. I would recommend that anyone should see Paul when going to choose a bed.

We were greeted very professionally as soon as we entered the store by Tammy and offered drinks straight away. Tammy was very knowledgeable about all the products in the store and offered great advice.

The store manager looked after us from the moment we stepped into the store, the whole process was effortless as everything was explained to us. We are first time buyers so the more help we can get to ease the process, the better. We compared the prices available to other stores and Dreams quality vs price is unmatched
