As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Paul. He was fantastic showing us all around the store and helping us choose the perfect mattress. We were offered a drink and a deal on pillows! We did the sleep match process and he showed us the results and all of the recommended products. Sharon also helped with the sale. The experience was completely positive.

From the moment we walked into the shop we were ask if we would like to be guided. We informed Gary what we were looking for but were unsure on the type of mattress we needed. All I can say is wow! The machine that scans your body giving recommendations based on our measurements is amazing. Within minutes based on the recommendations, we had selected our bed. We chose to buy a separate mattress and bed base. Delivery dates were discussed and our date was sooner than we expected. Gary was very knowledgeable, experienced and answered all our questions. Would highly recommend visiting Dreams for the professionalism and knowledge in helping us select our new bed.

The sales advisor, Paul, couldn’t do more for me. I came in with my family to purchase mattresses for my new home and as soon as I entered the store I was made to feel welcome and Paul did his upmost best to ensure I got what I was looking for. The best customer service I’ve experienced in a long while.

Paul and Adrianne of the cannock store were most helpful, telling me all about the bed I brought and also offering coffee which you normally would not get at over stores

We initially went to the store to browse and check possible delivery times. The store assistant Paul was so friendly that we tried out the mattress' and eventually bought one to be delivered in May, on a date that suits us as the room is not ready for the mattress yet. We even bought a mattress cover and some pillows, plus the insurance. Not bad for just going in to browse.
